NYSFAAA 2010 Annual Conference

Mary Piccioli led a session on strategic planning for financial aid leaders at the NYSFAAA 2010 Annual Conference in Buffalo, NY on Thursday, October 21.

What Direction Is Your Office Heading? Mission Statement/Strategic Planning

It needn’t be a topic that makes us cringe. The financial aid office is mission-critical in any institution, and having an office strategic plan that fits with the institution’s strategic plan is necessary. This session will help to get you jump-started if you aren’t there yet.

This presentation was part of the New York State Financial Aid Administrators Association (NYSFAAA) 2010 Annual Conference, Celebrating Commitment to Student Success.
